I need the ability to upload a picture to a web page(a facial image), ensure that the image fits into a template area or allow user to shrink the uploaded image to fit the template. Once this is done, I would like to animate the image with a set of actionscripts. Desired animations: [login to view URL] from left to right like saying no. [login to view URL] sync to a recorded sound -- so I need the ability to mimic recorded sound 3. Raising eyebrows 4. Wink -wink, nod - nod, eyes blinking 5. Laughing -- visualize throwing back your hed 6. Smiling face 7. Frowning face/ stern look ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)?
