jQuery Video or iframe pop up on page load or exit

We create individual websites for our listings. We do this by creating a mail merge template, and based on what feeds into the mail merge is what we save as an [login to view URL] and upload to our primary website. We then mask the site with domain mask. Example would be [login to view URL] which is then domain masked by 14731GreenValley.com. We would like to stream line this with some of the following mail merge aspects: We would like to be able to upload pictures to out site in a certain spot, such as [login to view URL], and every one of those pictures to be resized to a certain width to create a jquery slide show with film strip at base. Example would again be [login to view URL] where we resized the pictures to 1020 pixels but need the film strip that we did on www.10731ViaCapri.com. We really enjoy the box transitions and would like to keep that transition affect. Second aspect is we would like a video pop up to appear and play immediately on site load in a LightBox format. We like the LightBox at [login to view URL] but can't get it to load on entrance. We would like the form feed to be able to just accept an html link such as you tube or vimeo. Like: [login to view URL] Lastly, we would like a Lightbox on Exit that can hold straight html code to insert a <form>. The html for that form should be customizable so we can add a few indicators on where the lead is coming from. The HTML source are available for the attached websites and are looking mainly for those modifications. Simply- we have created a website template that can be easily changed and upload to our website that is in an HTML format.
