Order Forms and Registraiotion Form Development in Simple Chinese

We are looking for a programmer who can develop the followings in Simple Chinese, ideally by customizing a standard open source CMS such as Zen Cart, OS Commerce, Joomla, etc. 1) Order Form x2 About 10 items each to fill in. No need to have shopping cart, checkout or payment module. Thank you mail is required. 2) Customer Registration Form About 10 items to fill in, and file attachment. +thank you mail 3) Administration Page Administrator can see all orders and customer info. Administrator can modify them and add some additional info on each order, such as total amount, link to paypal, shipping date and tracking number. 4) My page By logging in with ID/PW, a customer can see his own order info and change his profile if necessary. Notes: - As it is a holiday season in Japan, it may take a few weeks to get client feedback every time, and the project can be longer than usual. - Beside the above requirements, there could be unexpected requirements from the client as the project goes on. I would like the developer to be very flexible to accept additional requirements. (as long as it does not exceed the budget limit, of course.) - The developer must be able to write and read Simple Chinese.
