Interstitial/Commercial Break Script with special features

We need a full page interstitial script with a top frame that has a SKIP AD button with following specs: Must load very fast Must work perfectly with all versions of Internet Explorer, FireFox, Opera, Safari etc. Other features: The possibility to disable one or more of the above browsers in the script easily Be able to enable/disable a count down before the SKIP AD button becomes clickable (ex. after 10 seconds) and/or when the ad has been loaded. Be able to set WHEN the script should show the interstitial ad. ex. after the script been loaded 3 times. It may also have support for additional ads loaded in the top frame of the interstitial, this ad code should easily be given within the script. It also needs to be loaded above all the other page content, and preferably not reload the whole page when clicking "skip-ad" just hide the interstitial part.
