You must prove you are a Magento wizard. If you have developed Magento extensions or created a multi-vendor marketplace; show me links and please provide admin access. If you haven't, show me you most successful projects and be prepared to provide references. I will check. 2. You must have excellent communications skills but the inability to communicate excuses. I am looking for someone (or a team) that can understand the objective, ask any/all questions and get it done. 3. You must let me know why this project should be done in Magento, or if you think it would be better with a different platform or language, please explain. 4. You must have the time to complete the project in a timely manner. I need to understand your precise timeline not just in how many hours it would take, but in how many weeks it would take. 5. My Phase 1 is a broad description. If you are serious about this project, please take a few minutes to look at the reference website to understand what it is for, who it is for, how it works, etc so that you can understand the details involved for sellers, buyers and admins. 6. I would very much favor a fixed-price once all features/functions are completely described and understood. No upfront fees will be paid. My selection will be based on skills, experience, communication, comprehension of project, timeliness, references, quality and price; as well as my assessment of whether you will actually complete the project in a timely manner as required. I do have a preference to programmers from eastern europe, but I will not exclude anyone from consideration. 8. Don't be silly with your budget. I'll have enough bids and information to make an intelligent decision. Budget is $5k-$7k for the right team. Thank you!
