Simple Phone Book with PHP

Hello Coders, We need a simple Phone Book developed with PHP. The base design with CSS is *already completed* (re-used from a previous project) along with the following : - MySQL DB structure. - PHP code for MySQL functions. - PHP code for Basic Login system with sessions. - PHP code for user management. What we need now : - Simple forms for adding / modifying and deleting of phonebooks. - Simple forms for adding / viewing / modifying and deleting of contacts within multiple phonebooks. - Simple tables for display of basic statistics on the home page - Search feature - to search out contacts from various phonebooks available to the user logged in. What we expect: - Clean code, well commented with use of meaningful variables. - Coding based on the structure and manner of the existing code. - Use of jquery-ui for date pickers. - Extensive Use of AJAX in all forms (using POST, not GET).
