joomla expert wanted URGENT

I have a joomla website with Virtuemart installed. Here is the list of functions need to be added to the site: - install ,config and test paypal pro. I bough Paypal Pro for US and dont know how to test it yet . - in user account page. I want to add a menu call "Re-Order Product" so when user go in there, they can search all products bough by them and re-buy it. - other pages need in user account page such as: Order History, Purchase Order - in Check Out Process, I want to add a module call related products something call "User who buy this product also buy these Products" - in Admin dasboard. I want able to send invoice straight to client ( I can buy a plugin for this ) Please note: I got this site from my client and it was built by other developer. He did a very poor jobs and mess up with virtuemart I think :) so please consider this when you place a bid.
