Hi, I got your basic concept about application you want. Just one question at a moment : 1. How we will be pulling questions ? I mean will there be any web service for this ? Or we will have to build that web service too ? We can talk in detail about this. We are small group of developers and designers (web and mobile). I am managing all projects as well as do some some coding stuff too. We have strong experience (almost 6 years) in web and mobile application development. We will use Sencha for this application. Is its html5 framework. Using Sencha, we can make application which can work on iphone as well as on Android. No need to write separate application for each platform.
