drupal module AND corresponding iPhone/Android App

For a Drupal website (6.22) we need a nutrition diary module. Our users log in to our website where they have there profiles. The user should be able to configure its basic metabolic rate (formula given), add consumed food and enter it's sport/fitness activities. - The formula for the basic metabolic rate will be provided and this value can be reset/corrected by the user - The nutrition database exist ([login to view URL] in german) - The user can save its favorite collection of food (like menus, snacks). So it should be more easy to maintain the recording (like favorite list) and add its own food too. - Excercises and sportive activities can be recorded - A graph and a traffic light functions shows the user his nutrition balance An application for smart phones (iPhone/Android) gives access to the same user specific records. So user can add food and activity records. Barcode scan to record consumed food. See attached file for the smart phone app. Drupal integration with the module "Heartbeat" (6.x-4.11) to share records with friends (module "Friendlist").
