Develop a script that takes data from spreadsheet to create users profile -- 2

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: I want someone to urgently write a simple web based script that will be used to create user accounts and populate a website with users' profiles that is taken from a spreadsheet. That means, when the script is run, it would create user accounts on our website, then, take data from the spreadsheet to add the data of users profile on our membership website, automatically, using the same sign up process and fields as our sign up web page. FEATURES OF THE SCRIPT: This script will have an admin panel that will have the features and functionality below: 1. will create an admin panel through which excel files containing data of users will be uploaded for script to get data from for each user. Can add/edit/delete records 2. Admin login, and can change password 3. Admin forgot password feature 4. Excel format should be in CSV format 5. Import/export users from outside. 6. When you upload spreadsheet and click create users profile using data on spreadsheet the script will go through it and create records in our website database. Script will get the data for each user from the spreadsheet uploaded and selected, except username and passwords which would be autogenerated for each user. 7. For each user, a username and password would be generated randomly. Password will be auto generated with script and they can change it later 8. For each user profile created, an email would be sent out to them informing them that their account has just been created and include the login details of their user accounts. A code will be added to send the username and password generated for the user. We need to send an email to the users with login credentials created for them. Let there be two options. Option one to create profile and send account details to each user. Option two to create profile and NOT send account details to user 9. I can modify every input and records from the admin panel 10. I will have the option to tick "send email" or "do not send email", for each users data I want to create profiles for 11. There should be multiple upload feature for excel. You need to show data and multiple upload 12. The script should include each user in the right category or industry, by reading every row to detect the category of each user from the data and using that to assign each user to the right category 13. Admin panel features to include field for me to input the message that will go out to users on platform after their profile has been created 14. Admin section to also include a message field section where I can send email message to all the users email at the same time anytime that I want with one click. 15. The admin section fields should be editable 16. Do it such that script would be installed on a different server from the server of the website where users are expected to sign up, but would both connect to same database Bid by answering the questions below: 1.
