I\'ve developed a tool that corrects common typos in email addresses. Written in PHP. The code currently works in one of two ways: 1) in a web form, with the code placed on the page, and 2) as a multi-line input for bulk copy-paste corrections.
There is a pool of known typos and their nearest-best corrections in the PHP itself. I want to move the corrections to a database and perform a lookup. I also want to save the email addresses (proper and misspelled) to a/the DB, so the engine can grow and learn over time.
Also, I want a simple js written so users can add a single line of code to their page (instead of my whole block of PHP), and maybe add a class to their field.
The function can run onblur or onclick, according to the user (or whatever is easier this first go).
Finally, this will be a subscription service, so I need a way of counting/tracking records submitted against their credits (1,000/10,000/100,000).
Until now, I\'ve been using Wordpress for user management and payment, but that may be overkill for this simple project.
