PHP MySQL Database Extension

Hi, I have an existing database MySQL database that is made of several tables. The main recordset has over 8,000 entries. I need someone with superior MySQL and PHP skills to extend the underlying database and database management tool in PHP. Below is a short list of the customizations that will need to be made as part of this project 1) Adding 2-3 additional tables that will contain additional data about the main data set 2) Creating several reports 3) Modifying and extending existing data entry screens 4) Creating an additional user type and managing permissions (There are currently 2 user types) 5) Creating capability to import/export data to excel (Import capability for some data items already exists but needs to be extended) 6) Creating a dyanmic search functionality -- (we have defined a simple search language utilizing logical operators such as "AND" , "OR" and "NOT" - you will hae to program to parse the search language) We have developed very detailed requirements and can provide access to the existing database that needs to be modified. However, first we would like well qualified freelancers to bid on the project with links to other successful work they have completed of similar scope.
