server cpu load after removing a plugin

Hi there having recent problem with cpu high load cause began after activating w3 total cache plugin , , at first only the wordpress shows database errors , i couldnt log in to remove it via wp-admin page due the errors..So i rename and remove it via ftp and also removed the cache folder .. , that when things gets worse .. The wordpress worked but in few hours the load became very high causing the server to go offline .. also the wordpress open the home page only but the post , categories ..etc wont open at all .. Now i closing that directory of my site until solving the issue . I want an expert to work on it after awarding the project to him " ONly those who has time to start working immediately on the problem and make sure it resolved " Only those who has an excellent experience in dealing with server problems and every thing related to my project. My site needed to go online ASAP .. So please i have no time for testing i need only expersts who can find the load source and make my wordpress work again perfectly By the way i have back up for this directory taken ten days ago .. Bonus if solving it in short time "the bonus will be given after 28 hours of delivering" to make sure nothing wrong happen again from the same directory"
