296250 VERY EASY Adult Website Clone

I am looking for a complete clone of [login to view URL] Here is what I had in mind. An adult website where webmasters can go to submit their websites, and a place where people can visit free and view the submitted websites. ( visit free adult websites. ) Same Idea as sublimedirectory, layout and categories and so on. The only difference is on my website I want an area where webmasters can sign up for a “webmaster account” and in the webmaster account is where they do the submitting of their websites. Make it as easy as possible to the webmaster to submit the website. They will have the following sections they need to file out when submitting the website: -Title of the website - Description ( make this to be no more then 20 words ) - # of Pictures or Movies - URL of website - (drop down menu to chose what category ) once they have completed this they will then hit submit and his or her website is now on the top of the category they chose to submit to. The webmaster is charged $1.00 for each website he submits. In his members area that he is logged into he can view how much he owes me and have the option to pay me then. (Paypal or something). The webmasters IP is stored in the database so he can not make more then one account. (I believe scriptlance is like this as well). I will also need a place where I can upload banners and add links to them. (Delete banners too of course). Also include in the webmasters section, an option to submit his or her banner to the rotating banner ( oh yeah I need a rotating banner on the top of each category ) in what ever category they want. But they will have to pay $10.00 or something for 2 weeks. The webmaster can NOT submit anymore websites if the owing balance is greater then $5.00. They will need to either deposit money in there account (like scriptlance) or pay the balance each time they hit $5.00. Of course they can still add a banner if the balance owing is $4.00 (its only when they hit $5.00 will they not be able to submit anymore) I will need emails automatically sent out at the end of the month telling people they owe me money and so. On the main page there will have to be a search engine that searches every “description” done by the webmasters so visitors can find pages they are interested in much faster. I want to receive an email each time a webmaster signs up for an account and when they submit a website. Include the URL they submitted, so I can check to see if the website is okay and does not contain anything illegal. On my website I want something just like on [login to view URL] Under where is says: Sublime's Top 50 Sites! All quality, all free! I want my webmasters to have an option in there member's area where they can list their website to appear on my homepage. (At the bottom like above) Of course at a fee. Let's say $30.00, and this $30.00 must be paid right away before the website is submitted. I would like it so that when a new member joins they are given $1.00 credit towards posting a website. ( its like getting one free listing when signing up ) This website must run 100% by its self. All that should be required from me would be to answer emails and check what is being submitted. I will need a CPANEL where I can easily delete websites that do not follow my rules, or for any other reasons. This sound be a fairly easy project for the right programmer.
