77841 Auction Hosting site/script

I require a site whereby users can sign up for a free hosting account for use in their ebay listings for auctions. The space (5Mb) will be allocated on the server, but then all files deleted after 14 days. The files would then be linked to like this - [login to view URL] Features :- Refuse images/files over 100Kb Ability to upload multiple files via my website to their account Online deletion of files (file manager) Create thumbnail images of files in users account Stats feature to monitor users account Automated setup procedure Take payments for image hosting over the 'free' period via Paypal or other UK payment provider. Secure and flag users abusing the system Allow only .jpg and .gif images (no bitmaps) The script must come with full copyright and must not be resold.
