Write some Software for game

I am interested in having someone create a game for me. I have been searching for a very long time now for someone to create this for me. . The game would be for me personally, and I would want the game to be limited exclusively to myself. It would involve cartoon characters, no real characters lol. I want it to be similar to the Frank's Adventure series by Mousland Games, but on a MUCH larger scale. (You can find this on many free to play game sites like newgrounds.) It would involve the main character completing quests for other characters to earn rewards. I will provide the pictures that will be rewarded for completing quests.
