Soccer league website

The idea is as simple as create a website to manage a soccer league at nacional level. Teams, matches, results, comments and player rankings as well as auto emails warning about next matches and these kind of things. However, due to the real application of this website I would prefer to make sure that the person who helps me is really interested in it. Thank you. An area for the official matches organized by me in order to promote the website: something like the official tournaments of a poker website, there will be matches created by the users and "official" competitions created by me. I am not looking only for someone that knows "code", but someone with the same concept of a website than me in the area of design. The idea is write a functional and a stetic, simple, young-look website.
