PHP mysql application to be used in web

I want the back end for a new business venture, I own the domain [login to view URL] which is a generic name and i in the process of being trademark, we plan to use those 3 combined words as our brand. year make model will be the place where customers in the US will go to find SPECIALIZED and targeted information, in short will be a "specialezed search engine" We plan to use the domain name as the point of entrance for several industries, but for description of thisproject this is what we want to accomplish. A customer goes to [login to view URL] and they will find one single box asking: I'm looking for : Cars Boats Motorcycles RV Airplane etc once customer choose industry then appears the words. From year -----to year------ make------ model----- zip------- price range from------ to ------ then system will FETCH our database of dealerships for the query made for customer. Customer will recieve information in seconds, it will contain they requested info in an orderly form with links to dealerships site's. We, the company, yearmakemodel will ask dealerships for memberships, (admin area for membership needed, activate acct, decativeta acct, hold acct, etc) so they can list their website in our search engine, thy will be able to pay premiums to show their business in top positions when a search query is made. No advertising in form of banners will be made, strictly code and plain html, very little graphics. I'd prefer to use Linux server, we're ready with server and domain ready to go.
