Modifications to existing site - installation of SMS gateway

We maintain a website for a client at www.xxxxgoldies.com.au. We don't have the resources available and need to find a coder able to make some quick changes and updates to the site. The site includes a custom built administration area. All very easy. Changes required include: **Home Page - News** - In Admin area they need to be able to upload Newsletter documents - Admin needs ability to delete Newsletter as well. - The newsletter will also be displayed in the News panel on the Home Page - Also on the Latest News page and Archive **SMS (we are using the Clickatell SMS gateway and just need the API implemented)** Admin needs ability to send SMS to: - 1 member - Many members - All members - Teams In Admin menu create new menu item called "SMS" Two sub-menus: - Create New - View History Create New - In Admin section the User needs form to create SMS that includes: Section to Add who to send SMS to: - Individual members (check against name) Teams - refer to Teams in database All members Simple text box to add text in SMS with character counter so they can see when they are exceeding 160 characters. Submit or Cancel. View History The SMS and who sent it and who it was sent to must be saved in database so Admin User can view past SMS texts Displays list of SMS sent including Date, By Who, View. Click on 'View' to see actual SMS. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). 2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Employer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Employer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the employer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this project. ## Platform LAMP framework phpMyAdmin MySQL
