IDX/RETS Real Estate Website - Joomla 1.7

I need a developer who is familiar with real estate websites and the IDX/RETS system to update my joomla 1.7 website. The MLS we are accessing is South Broward Board of Realtors (previously called Southeast Florida), in Hollywood, Florida, US. Do you have direct experience with IDX or RETs? a. I need several pages developed to show the listings, show pages based on pre-defined searches, featured listing section and for these listings to be indexable on major search engines, to allow customers to register on website and to create and save their own searches... b. the aboe listings need to update my website on a daily basis minimum...website hosted by [login to view URL] b. Google mapping....to interact with search program and display properties.... c. other joomla extensions to do lead capture, mail, marketing Would like to get bids and please give specific websites you worked on, references.
