We are looking for ways to improve the user interface, here are the key improvements we are looking for:
1) Separate the database to 2 section, one for xbox360 another for ps3 files.
2) Each download detail page should contain a few mandatory fields, please let us know how that could be done if it could be done easily via joomla admin panel
3) Integrate looks or the entire site with our current website in progress [login to view URL]
4) Faster Loading speed
5) 2 new interface proposal, please see attached and below explaination
In Super!, ignore the one on the right. Basically, it would be two icons with drop down lists showing each game in their respective lists. You click the one you want and it bring you to the page. The menu buttons become larger icons.
The second picture labeled Calibration is another concept. Basically, this one would create a menu on the left. The games will populate the middle with icons, a large banner would be at the top and a login at the top right. Under the login, you see the part that says Xbox or PS3? You would click an option (likely a radio button) and it would repopulate the middle dynamically with the games we have listed for those two systems. When I drew up this concept, I didn’t think it would be too hard to do in Joomla. Afterall, a module should be able to create this dynamic list. As a design choice, I thought it would be cool if they floated on top of square bubble like things. I’m not sure if that would be difficult to make, but I personally really like the concept.
As a general note on both ideas, the website would need a way to separate the Xbox and PS3 parts of the database so they can be navigated separately. Also, the submission form should be edited to require the mouse type, DPI used, and polling rate used. We would also love it if you could make it look similar in style to the main website, so they look integrated.
Also, we want the page to be well-optimized. It doesn’t need to load super fast or anything, but we’ve been getting a lot of slow loading on the page recently when it try to load the pictures for the games.
I run European website design firm with years of design experience personally developing over 300+ websites. I can also provide a list of references from past customers if you'd like. I'm not the cheapest you'll find, but I think you'll find my pricing affordable, and I work very quickly. Remember, you always get what you pay for in the design industry. Thank you for your time, and I hope we can do business together.
