Magento Setup/Configuration with 3rd Party API and Joomla

Currently have a Joomla website that requires a Magento (MCE version 1.9.1.0) shopping cart to be configured to display products from a provided pricing data, as well as incorporate data from an API key(s) from a 3rd party print design application. - Import products and pricing from Excel sheets we provide - Output to a shopping cart URL to push infromation too (eg: [login to view URL]) - Connect to API using parameter key (provided) - Retrieve image thumbnail of order in progress - Process the transaction through Magento shopping cart with 3 upsells - Get automatic calculation of new product value - Respond back to server when transaction is successful with success message - Pass back to server the final dollar value of the transaction with all of the upsells. - Retrieve the order (large image PDF) instead of thumbnail and place it in Magento administration for download. - Display products and online ordering as portable Joomla module that can be installed on a Joomla 3 website. API's provided: 1. Shopping cart API, were we will be passing customer information for a success handshake. Must return back product id, customer id, end pricing and parameters chosen. Ability to go back to edit the product. 2. Thumbnail API, where we will be passing a thumbnail of the product chosen to be displayed next to dynamic pricing. The final product is a printed product... not the design. What the site is selling is business cards, postcards, letterheads, stamps and other printed products. So in example of a business card, no matter what the design looks like the prices and upsells in options are constant from a price table (which we will provide). All pricing, product information, API keys have been tested prior and will be provided for setup.
