making of a film surreal for a site

We need a complex/elaborated video made up of two parts, the first one is ready, it ends with a view of a starry night sky. The second part, the one we need help with, starts exactly where the first part left off, a starry night sky. At this stage, the globe appears, revolving, not too fast and at its sides there's some fog. At this stage some names of people from all over the world, such as Claudio, John, Brigitte; Omar, Leonard, start appearing and moving in circular motion. These names perform some random rotations around the globe and then they're absorbed, some with fade effects and some in other ways. The second part of this video (the one we need help with) should last 50 second. There's no need for it to be a high quality video since it has to be put on the internet, so it shouldn't weigh too much. We would like to receive the video in ??? format
