Permanent Facebook Template Designer & Programmer

BID YOUR WEEKLY AMOUNT AFTER READING INTRODUCTION We are seeking an eager, dedicated professional, experienced in graphic design and Facebook Pages/Tabs to join our fast growing USA-based web design company on a permanent basis. This role is aimed at a programmer/designer who is looking to secure regular income from building and developing 100% customized high-end Pages/Tabs. These Pages/Tabs must be unique designs and not based upon any existing templates or use of a generating tool. If you want guaranteed weekly income then this could be the ideal job for you. The nature of this engagement offer means that you should still have adequate time to work your other projects around us. We require that you deliver 3 high-end 100% customized templates to us per week. All templates must fully meet our specifications, have the copyrights assigned to us, and must be fully installed on the clients Facebook pages using our company as admin. If you are accepted for this project, you shall first be required to submit a PSD or JPG of your unique design for a theme that we give to you. You shall not begin work until we approve your design (usually within 24 hours). You will then be required to build that custom template for us and meet all of our design and functionality specifications and deliver the same within two days. You will also be required to provide on-going tech support (both written and functional) for the template(s) that you design for us. You will be paid weekly after installation and our testing of the 3 templates (usually within 24 hours). If you fail to comply with any of the above we shall simply find someone else. The first two weeks will be slightly reduced pay ($50 per week) while we await your completed trial templates. We are looking for permanent additions to our team. Prove your abilities to us and you will be rewarded with pay increases and more projects. Pay for the following months will be at the amount awarded in the bid. EXPECTATIONS Communication is key, and our main source of communication is via Skype, email, and an occasional online meeting. We are putting you in a position of trust and you are expected to complete your work within the guidelines and time lines set. If you fail to do this we will simply find someone else. Understanding, writing, and speaking English effectively is a must. Hours and days are flexible. You will provide us with written updates of your progress every Friday. You will have a maximum of two days to complete any one template. You will provide us with the template zip files as soon as each template is completed and installed on the client's Facebook page. If you complete your assignments early and they are accepted by us you will still get paid for the week in its entirety. All work we undertake must be original. No copyright infringements or use of designs or images that we do not have written permission to use will be accepted or tolerated. SKILLS The following skills are simply a must. During your application please provide at least three examples of previous work whereby you have undertaken any of these skills. PHP HTML CSS Flash (optional) JavaScript Graphic Design (website/template related) Web Development (creating extensions, plugins, tools, etc.) Programming EXPERIENCE / EXAMPLE WORK We are working mainly with Joomla and Facebook so example work / experience of such is a great bonus. You will be expected to create additional extensions within Facebook to meet advanced functionality requirements for our templates so we are seeking an advanced developer, someone who can prove that they have done this sort of thing before and are capable of the undertaking.
