Professionals Needed for Education Website Creation

We're a small boutique marketing company requiring a new website design and coding for two of our existing magazine-supporting websites. They will have the exact same design, just different colour schemes and content. These two websites are education based and need to appeal to those between the ages of 15 and 24. It needs to have a clean, young, fresh, easy to navigate and attractive feel to it without being unprofessional. We have to be able to upload our own material to the site using a back-end tool. The site also needs to have the ability to eventually be transferred into a mobile app in the future. Design in very important in the decision making process so if you are able to provide a rough layout/mock up design, that would be a big help. We prefer those who have experience in creating education websites however, those who are experienced web design professionals in general are urged to apply. We believe the site should be completed within a 30 day time frame and are looking forward to receiving your design and response!
