Small website for Small Home and Business Security Business

I need a small somewhat simple website created for a small home and business security business. It can be in the language of your choice (HTML, Flash, etc..) I am looking for someone or a team experienced in graphics and coding so that I can have everything completed at once. It will consist of 5 pages with corresponding buttons at the top of the page. I have already drawn a sketch of what I want the home page to look at as well as the other pages. Banner will need to rotate (probably a flash based banner). Will need graphics and images created for each page. I will need a page with a form that the customer can enter their information and a question and it will email the information to me. Also, want to add a facebook button and a twitter box with my latest tweet on a small corner. Must be a products page that allows me to relatively easily change the products I carry. (possibility to add some e-commerce software with cart and checkout as well). During the creation of the site you will host all images and files. This way we keep everything centralized. I will then transfer the finished product to my hosting provider. If there are any complications during the transfer, you will assist. Lastly, I require ALL source files for all graphics and code (original PSDs, HTML, or Flash...etc). I will send my layout ideas to the coder once a bid is accepted. Thank you.
