Hi I have gone through the reference websites mentioned by you and understood your requirements for the sale and buy of the websites, where different members need to be signup and then they can pot their websites in this website for sale. In between this process, you have some fixed commission which will go into your account when some one purchase the website. This is very similar to the Auctions website, which I have completed recently.
