Code Website in Proper HTML Format and Develop Template in Dreamweaver

Hello, I have developed a website for a client and I need somebody to properly code the dreamweaver html pages in HTML 4.01 transitional. I am more of a designer than a web developer and used adobe photoshop and than adobe imageready to cut the web slices which was later put into dreamweaver. I would like the one of the webpages to be properly coded using HTML and than put into a template. After you have developed the template you can cut and paste the text into the new template pages. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. ------------------------------------------------------------- - I will give you all the files to the website. - If you could use one of the pages as your project i.e. the index page and convert that one into html 4.01 transitional with hand coded html (because for some reason, the pages are not always lined up exactly or the tables move improperly when text is added in dreamweaver or a picture is added) - After you have made one of the pages with good HTML code, could you than turn it into a template in macromedia dreamweaver and have the text area editable along with the image directly above the header describing the particular page you are on. - Once the template is done, could you transfer every page that I have, into the template so that every page that I currently have looks exatly the same except now they are in a proper template. - After you have done all this, could you test out the pages and make sure they work properly, especially the apply [login to view URL] page and that it sends properly with the PHP code.
