Wordpress Widget - Calculate Savings Quit Smoking

I need a widget made to show the savings on quitting smoking and switching to electronic cigarettes. The widgets must have the following features: - 2 Sliders, 1 showing the amount of cigarettes, eg 10, 20, 30, etc and another slider showing the cost, eg. £5, £6.50, £7.20, etc - 3 Results Boxes - 1 showing the current cost of smoking (Slider 1 multiplied by slider 2), 1 box showing the cost of the e-cigarettes (editable cost in admin area) and 1 box showing the savings (box 1 minus box 2) - Need the ability to call the widget into any post or page with a short code - Need the ability to have the widget displayed on full width page and in a sidebar (2 different layouts may be the best solution) - Everything must be editable in the admin area if we need to use this for another purpose, Title Text, Description text, Slider Titles, Results Box Titles, Slider Amounts, E-Cigarette Costs.
