Help is needed in the areas of **blog development** (both existing and new), and **website development** (both existing and new). ## Deliverables _WHO WE ARE_: **espacio****LABS**, a new firm in the Valley looking to farm out some code work. Help is needed in the areas of **blog development** (both existing and new), and **website development** (both existing and new). We are a small, laid back group of designers, investors, and business minds that are **looking to find a great developer** to join the team **short term or long term**. _WHAT WE DO_: **We make money online**. We are well versed in all related industries on the Web for the most part and we do our best to keep up with what goes on around the Web today. We continue to learn more about and utilize **SEO** to both generate revenue as well as simply for things like basic site **optimization** and **page rank**. We dabble in everything from generating revenue with **affiliate marketing** to writing for and overseeing various **blogging sites** to creating and moderating **social networks**. We also love to do a lot of fun things like broadcasting **web radio shows** and releasing them via **podcasts**, or creating numerous **portal pages** and **landing pages** so we can direct lucrative Web traffic. Everything from **adult sites** to brainstorming on “what will be the next big thing on the Web…??, and how we can foresee it and capitalize on it, to building a company it’s new website or thinking about what we should come up with that would **get bought by a Google or a Yahoo!** We LIVE on the Web. It is our canvas. _WHO WE NEED_: **YOU**, **a great coder** with experience on building websites, and **who is looking for a solid, and GOOD paying side work position, coding various projects for us**. **THIS IS NOT A DESIGN POSITION** _WHAT SKILLS YOU WILL HAVE_: **HTML and XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP** are most needed, and things like **general IT skills, SEO** and **Keyord Optimization** are needed. Experience with **Adobe products** such as **Photoshop, Flash, Fireworks, and Dreamweaver** are a definite plus. _HOW WE PAY_: **We will cut a check, or pay you with Paypal, whichever you prefer**. You will work off-site at your location and you will be paid based on these two things: 1) **Completing the agreed upon code** for us to upload to our servers written exactly how we wanted it, as well as allowing for us to customize various elements (change graphics, titles, duplicate code etc.) that we so desire. 2) **Completing the project within the time specified**. We discuss a project with you. We agree on the time frame and compensation for the project. When the job is complete you get paid. **It’s that simple**. **_WE NEED YOU_, the expert coder, to join forces and implement our designs**. Starting off as a contract coder at first, if it feels right for us and you decide you want to, this will turn out to be a full time position. We keep it small and profitable here at the **LABS**. We have found that it’s easier and more **lucrative for everyone** involved that way. The ideal developer will work from home. We don’t need you to punch a clock and come in every day. In fact, **we could care less if you work on this stuff all day or once a week. If you get the agreed upon job done by the agreed upon time, we are happy**. ARE YOU THE IDEAL CANDIDATE? We look forward to hearing from you!** 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
