AFL programmer needed to code trading systems in AmiBroker

Can you make an indicator for plotting horizontal lines in Amibroker at different levels at values I enter in amibroker and the levels are number "B" is added to an input level "A", "x " number of times and average of each addition is shown separately as horizontal lines in amibroker Input "B" can be in % also ( so there has to be an option to select if "B" is in % or value)Eg Input "A" is 1000 , input "B" is 20 and "x" is 3 and if direction is "UP" then 20 is added 3 times to 1000so values are 1000 1020 1040 1060 and next to each level the average upto that level is shown as a horizontal line 1000 1020 1010 (1000+1020)/2) 1040 1020 (1000+1020+1040) /31060 1030 (1000+1020+1040+1060) /4 so on chart horizontal line are drawdown at 1000, 1020, 1040, 1060 levelsand with a different colour 1010 ,1020, 1030 being the averages eg "Eg Input "A" is 2000 , input "B" is 3% and "x" is 4 and if direction is "DOWN" then 60 (3% of 2000) is subtracted 4 times from 2000 so values are 20001940 1880 1820 1760 and next to each level the average upto that level is shown as a horizontal line 2000 1940 1970 (2000+1940)/2) 1880 1950 (2000+1970+1880) /3 1820 1917.5 (2000+1970+1880+1820) /41760 1886 (2000+1970+1880+1820+1760) /5 so on chart horizontal line are drawdown at 2000 ,1940 ,1880 ,1820, 1760 levels and with a different colour horizontal lines are drawn at 1970 ,1950 ,1917.5 , 1886 being the averages
