Adapt Mobile Responsive Landing Pages

I have several mobile landing page templates & ideally I would like to work with a coder on an ongoing basis. Initially I have 2 projects. In all cases I will do the angles & create the ad copy for the creative. (1) I have a mobile landing page template. I need the landing page to be fully responsive for Android phones & for the original creative to be changed. In the folder there are 3 pngs and 2 .css documents. I need to ensure that the page is fully responsive for Android phones ( I hope some responsive code on a previous lander if this helps .) I believe it has to do with using the appropriate model tokens. I also want to call out the Android phone model using ( I believe ) the appropriate css coding. ( I have some css coding for calling out carrier phones in the USA which may be helpful as a template but I am not sure about this ). (2) I have a php page and it is working. I want to create three versions: (a) adding an Android image (b) add in a call out to the Android device (c) and most importantly add a pop under script ( I have the code and instructions for this which I am sure would be easy for you to follow - it would be utterly impossible for me to do it !!) I would like to pay a little bit extra for the work in return for some clear guidance and explanations from you (including screen shots where necessary) on how I can change the code for myself just for simple things like: - changing the colour - changing the text - changing the language on the button. I will have several more similar projects in the near future, and I am keen to develop a relationship with one coder whom I know I can trust to do all of my work. I am absolutely ignorant in matters of coding, and I ask your forgiveness in advance if I ask what might be perceived as stupid questions. This is one reason why I am keen to receive
