Add Canada tax to my project

I'm currently working on a new project using this PHP cript: [login to view URL] We need to setup a custom taxes so we can use this in Canada to calculate taxes based on the Canadian Provinces. Right now the script only has an option to enter a tax rate percentage, and on the bill it says for example 'Tax: 7% $35.66' Here in Canada there are 7 Provinces and each province has their own tax rate and tax name which needs to show on the customers receipt. Canadian taxes will need to be calculated on a custom way, that works as follows: Instead of a 'tax' box, the back-end should have a drop-down with all 7 Provinces in it, and each should have their own tax name and tax rate. For example If a merchant selects from drop down "Quebec" as province for delivery address, based on that selection, taxes will be calculated for the orders which is 5% GST + 9.975% (on purchase amount of $100 totoal payable should be $114.98) Here is a link explaining the Canadian tax rates.
