Analyzing Server Traffic Logs and Splitting Traffic Between Different Servers

This is a Server Web based program that should be able to do the following: 1) Maximally equally split traffic of the domains between different parking providers. 2) Based on the Server logs, report traffic number of any domain added to the Powerdns for any specific timeframe and where it was distributed. The program should be based on the Powerdns installed on the Server. So the program will be using A Records and CNAME Records. The program should be able to use server logs to see how many views each domain had, save these results and display these results for any specific timeframe. Also exports are available. We will need to work with big list of Records and Domains, so there should not be any problem with that. We might need to configure this program on few servers, so we will need step-by-step description on how to configure this program on other servers.
