Automating tasks

Hi I need a automating task robot to do per below in order, 1-clear cashe on google chrome every hour at minute 59 2-log in to the website (iOS app is also available) right after step 1 without delay 3-click continue 4-there are tabs on the top and list of tasks you can click on it, so click on specific tab. 5-refresh the page by click on refresh bottom at the last second of hour. then a list showing up contains many rows, now search for already assigned text list from 3 specified columns then if do match in a row (could be or/and) then click on row) 6-A naw pop up shows many option after item 4 so pick confirm then DONE, Note: tasks 5 to 6 should happen ASAP without any delay in less than a second.
