Back end programing for a web page.

Hy everyone! I need a programer in order to complete my project. The UI is laid out in Axure, and 60% or more, of code is already written. But i want to add basically 2 things: First. I want to to be able to extract some articles from the database, and display them on a summary according to 3 filters: domain, profile and level of difficulty. The summary consist of links and sub-links like chapters of a book. (the parent/child structure is made and everything works ) Second I need to assign users, domain, profile and level of difficulty to each article.( The user account and administrator panel is already made.) Third - i need all this to be integrated with the rest of the code. I prefer to talk on Skype or Team Viewer. This is a huge project I'm working on, and if you prove to be serious - quick and capable, i will trust you with more.
