Build Custom Branded WordPress site based on Wix Wireframe. DETAILS MATTER, EXPERTS ONLY!! -- 2

We need a talented WordPress develop/UX designer who can convert an existing site wireframe into WordPress. We are a Word Class marketing house seeking to outsource this particular project to someone capable and excellent in their work. The project is for a food manufacturer who sells their products in Zambia, Malawi, Botswana, Zimbabwe and South Africa. We are their exclusive marketing firm and part of our work involves web development. The succesful freelancer will become our go to person for such projects, so if you're hired, consider this a test of your skills. Of course, we will need to check out your previous work first to make sure you can do this. The site will be completely custom and will require some unique features. You are welcome to begin with a theme, but the finished product must look like the Wix wireframe and better. We prefer that you start with a framework like Headway - clean start, clean design, clean code. We consider this a Very Small Project because the wire frame concept has been done and all the artwork is done. Our budget for this project is $500. Before we can release the name of the contact, you must sign an NDA and agree to strict confidentiality. So far, you're the only Freelancer we've approached.
