Build a LLC Website

We have a company website that we need redone. It is very old looking today and we need to modernize it and make it look like a REAL business. This business offers services such as electricity, cable, internet, travel, alarm systems, etc by working as a middleman company to reach out to these companies for good deals. Requirements are the following: * Replicate ALL things on this site and place them on the new site * You will be adding additional verbiage to the new site. You will take current verbiage and migrate it into the new site, but we will change the menu up a little bit. Then you will add new verbiage that is provided. * Modern wordpress theme that is excellent for looking like a professional business * Install google translate so we can have flags at the top to ensure that people can change the language with ease. *Theme must be mobile friendly theme. *We need a contact form and apply now form created that will ask specific questions. * I need this information stored in a database after someone fills this form out (contact form DB plugin) * We are going to post ads on this website, so please post some sample ads on the blog page. * We need social media logos for Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Google+ on the home page. We will provide SM URL's after awarded bid. * We will provide a temporary logo for the page so that you can post the logo on a top banner * We need standard legal pages added as footer to the site (cookies policy, etc) * We need google analytics and few other plugins installed. You will not be asked to configure most of them, but DO need you to configure the mailchimp in coorelation with our contact and apply now form.
