Build a Live OCR mobile app for Product ingredients investigation.

Dear Freelancers, This project is to create a multilingual mobile parser that is written in (Ionic, angular js) and (PHP codeignitor framework on the server side) and compared data is stored in MYSQL Database. Project requirements: 1. Accuracy is a must (Minimum 90%) 2. Light weight coding and High speed extraction 3. Able to parse image files (All standard formats) with low and high resolution regarding to the resolution of different phones camera . 4. Able to open the camera, parse the text on the product label and comparing it with list of ingredients directly without taking pictures and uploading them to server. It will be live OCR. 5. Ability to parse the text of the product label quickly without forcing the user to take pictures of the product. 6. Live OCR should work efficient on both Android and iphone phones with different camera resolutions. 7. Detect the language of the products information automatically and extract accordingly. 8. Required to support 2 languages which are English and Arabic (RTL) languages. 9. Ability to add another language easily in the future. 10. Host on our own server. 11. The mobile application, live OCR parser and all of the source code will be fully owned by us. 12. The script must be able to fully documented 13. The script must be able to modify / update easily. 14. Digitally sign a Non-Disclosure agreement for our system. 15. We will test run on 1000 products label to check the performance and correct detection. 16. Complete requirement will be given to the successful bidder, which includes a list of information to be detected and compared. For successful bidder, we will deposit a 20% to freelancer.com as a security to show our sincerity in awarding this project. Balance of the 80% will be deposited to freelancer.com after you’ve completed the script ( project ) and it will be fully tested on our server. We will advise freelancer.com to release the full contract sum to you immediately if your live OCR parser meets all our requirements mentioned above.
