Wowza server provide support for closed captioning for live streams. It can ingest caption data and convert it to the appropriate caption format for streaming using the Apple HTTP Live Streaming (Apple HLS), Adobe HTTP Dynamic Streaming (Adobe HDS), and RTMP protocols as well. You may also use Apache or Nginx. FFmpeg is an audio/video streaming server for Linux suitable for live broadcasts. It supports real time audio/video compression in several formats (mpeg, mjpeg, real, flash, asf) and bitrates at the same time. Do you have any source site which will provide the streaming feeds? Will there be any membership for getting access to the streams?(Assuming the above answer is yes) We propose to custom code the website using Symfony 2 which is inspired by Django's architecture.
