I will need a quote for a very basic website. Here is the story of how it will work: Landing page: Users will go on website and enter their email address. Once they enter their email address they will click a button that will bring them to the next page. Video page: On this page users will be able to watch a video with play/pause/rewind/forward/stop features. I will need this page to allow me to input my recorded video. Underneath the video there will be a button to click that says, "Schedule your free consultation now" Once they click on that they are now brought to the next page Survey page: A simple survey form will pop up with about 5-7 questions and answers to them. Once they fill out the survey it will be sent to my email address and they will be prompted to the next page. Calendar page: Once the client has submitted the survey and clicked on the button saying "schedule my call" they will be prompted to a calendar. This calendar will need to be a plugin or customized software tool so I can get email alerts that someone has set a time.
