Build a XML File for Podcasting

I have a heap of static nodes in a drupal site which contain links to audio/mp3 files. I need someone to manually build an xml file with links to all of the audio files. It's something which unfortunately must be manually done, but using xml that is compatible with itunes. There are about 100 audio tracks that must validate properly as an xml file at this url: [login to view URL] This is a separate project to another I have just posted which can be built using a php script. This project will need to be manually built as none of the data is per node like the other one. I have a budget of $40 for this.
