I am looking for someone who can make a wordpress page template. Must be willing to work blackhat, must speak English. I want a wordpress template to use with my Adsense code that will be hidden behind a full screen image. Adsense code must line up exactly behind where visitor is to click on image. Page must be responsive and work across all devices. Page must redirect to specified url on click.
