Building a map base user editable web page.

I need a map integrated web page in satellite or aerial mode which user can draw a shape on a house and give some information about the house, such as selling price, number of rooms, etc. User should able to save given information as an image on the map (without screenshot) there should be save button. User also able to save the entered information on his account for recalling the saved information (probably in GeoJSON format). Here is the sample view how I want it to be.
