We have extensive experience with real estate and Google maps. You can see the use of maps in propertytampabay.com. As for the 6 tasks to be completed we would suggest a one page interface with a tabbed form. In this way there is not a lot of navigation to accomplish different tasks and would be easier to use. Each tab relates to a task with buttons on each line item that take action. As far as the forms completed and uploaded, yes we can do that, but what if the form was online and the surveyor completed the form online, less prone to errors and no uploading.
