I need a number generator that will generate new random numbers. That it will automatically be stored for future use to avoid duplicate number generator. That will be program to predict a unique set of numbers. That I am able to copy and paste numbers easily without having to put it in manually. That has a function I can put in manually if needed. Undo or delete certain Functions. Maybe have a number frequency. I need the programmer to make it clean and easy to use. Hoping this will only take under 1 month time. This will be for personal use and where I can store it on my computer for later use. Will only work with programmers that are professional and within my budget. You will not get paid until the job is complete (which means it is fully functional with all the requirement I ask of you) So please do not ask me to do milestone and for me to release any payments if your work is not completed.
