Chameleon Social stripe payment gateway integration and adding one feature

I want to integrate stripe payment system in chameleon social urban script for web and mobile both. I also want one system that for video or voice call credit will be deduct on per minute basis. And receiver of voice call or video will earn credit for every minute that they spend (Only those users whom admin flagged as professional from admin). Those professional can add their payoneer account and when they withdraw payment it will be withdrawal to payoneer account. Admin can set -> how many credits spent for per minute for voice and video separately. -> how many credits can be earn for per minute that is received -> how many credits for 1usd to withdraw. -> Voice or video call receiver account as professional from admin.
