I current use some software called C L Dominator but the software has some issues and does not work the way it should. I have tired to pay the company that developed it to fix some issues but they are not very responsive so I am looking for someone who can write a software with the scraping and emailing feature from the site (dont need the flagging or the ad posting part). But I need a few features added to the software. I just need to get the email address (and phone on some categories) and the subject of the ad. But I also need the software to either disconnect and then reconnect the wifi on the windows machine that it is running on if it ask for a captcha. If that is not possible I need it to at least send an email to the admin email in the software notifying me that it is asking for a captcha. I also need it to not get duplicate email addresses. So if has already got that email once it will just skip that ad. I need change show you a video of the software and how it operates if you will contact me. Please only bid if you are 100% certain you can complete this project. I have had a lot of people waste my time and money on here.

I don't think it is possible to modify C L Dominator, we will have to develop totally new software according to your needs and I can do this.
