From my reading on that virus, the virus is something that is server wide, not just in your account or your wordpress installs... I would suggest cleaning your sites again, then make full backups of them all, and then go complain to the server admin's because it's a server level virus... I'd also suggest running some security plugins in each of your wordpress installs... I'd be happy to discus this further with you if you'd like.
