Conversion of SakalMajalla Arabic Font for TCPDF

I have TTF File of a font called Sakal Majalla (it is a freely downloadable font , used for Arabic Language. I need to convert it to TCPDF file. I have used TCPDF in built utility and class to do the conversion, it worked but one of the Tanweens are not correct (This is where you need to be familiar with arabic language, if you search on wikipedia about Tanween in arabic language, you will see what I mean here). Instead of (ً ) it shows (ٍ ) I want a freelancer who is well versed with how TCPDF font conversion works and who can get sakal Majalla font converted for me in such a such way that everything works perfectly as it works on desktop. Please bid only if you understand the problem and if you think you are capable of providing a solution. For those who are well versed with TCPDF and know little arabic and font making, this is a job of few minutes only.
